Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Elite Screens, we stand behind the quality of our projection technology; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a request.
Receive Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the screen in its original box with all internal padding and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
