What is the standard shipping time for projector screens?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Due to the size and weight of certain motorized screens, some orders may ship via freight carriers which require a scheduled delivery appointment.
Do your screens come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Elite Screens products include a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. We also offer an ENR-G 3-year warranty specifically for Educational, Non-profit, Religious, and Government organizations.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
You may return your product within 30 days of receipt. Please note that items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. A restocking fee may apply to items that have been mounted or used.
How do I choose between a White, Grey, or ALR screen material?
CineWhite is best for dark dedicated theaters. CineGrey enhances contrast in rooms with some light control, while our Ambient Light Rejecting (ALR) screens are specifically designed for bright living rooms to maintain image clarity.
Are your motorized screens compatible with smart home systems?
Most of our electric screens include a 5-12V trigger and IR/RF remotes. Many models are compatible with universal remotes and can be integrated into smart home hubs using third-party Wi-Fi adapters.
